This is what Inclusion Europe’s President Jyrki Pinomaa said:

“We cannot accept this.

Self-advocacy organisations speak up for

people with intellectual disabilities and their rights.

If governments don’t give money to these organisations

people with intellectual disabilities don’t have a voice anymore.”

This is what Inclusion Europe’s Vice-president László Bercse said:

“Self-advocacy organisations

like the National Platform of Self Advocates

fight for inclusion of people with disabilities.

If these organisations stop working,

we have less inclusion for people with disabilities.”

Our work brings the voice of people with intellectual disabilities and their families where decisions about their future are made.

This has always been incredibly important. It is even more so with the Covid pandemic drastic impact on their rights and lives.

Being visible and vocal on issues directly affecting millions of people requires your support.

Become Inclusion Europe supporter and help us keep doing our work.
