On Wednesday 14 October, Inclusion Europe organised the fifth online event as part of the project “My Talents. For Diversity”. The aim of this online event was to raise the debate about how EU institutions could make sure they are also fostering the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the labour market.
On Friday 9 October, Inclusion Europe organised the fourth online event as part of the project “My Talents. For Diversity”. As the European Commission is currently drafting the next Disability Strategy, we wanted to talk to members of the European Commission, the European Parliament, and Disabled People’s Organisations about how employment should be tackled in the 2020-2030 Disability Strategy.
On Tuesday 22 September, Inclusion Europe organised the third online event as part of the project “My Talents. For Diversity”. This time, we invited Veronika Heribanová and Martin Lubojacký, job consultants at Rytmus (Czechia), to share their knowledge and experience with us.
Together with experts and NGOs MEP Katrin Langensiepen submitted a draft report on equal treatment in employment that demands quick legislative action.
On Tuesday 15 September, Inclusion Europe organised his second online event as part of the project “My Talents. For Diversity”. The aim of this online event was to talk about the existing legal and policy instruments that can be used to foster employment of people with intellectual disabilities.
As part of "My Talents. For Diversity" project, we organised an online event with KLAPjob, whose aim is to get more people with learning disabilities into the labor market.
