Inclusive education for all is still a challenge and an unrealised dream for many people with disabilities and their families. Education is the key to inclusion, social justice and equal
citizenship. Education is a decisive factor in the life of every human being. The ability to organise education in an inclusive way requires commitment to the idea of inclusion and to the richness of diversity.
Our director Milan Šveřepa wrote an article on Apolitical, an international platform that provides information to governments. The article is focused on children with disabilities living in institutions, promoting deinstitutionalisation as the only way forward.
