The decision of the European Committee of Social Rights on the merits of the complaint International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and Inclusion Europe v. Belgium (No. 141/2017) became public on 3 February 2021.

On Wednesday the 3rd of February 2021, the European Committee of Social Rights made public its decision concerning the collective complaint of the International Federation of Human Rights Leagues (FIDH) and Inclusion Europe v. Belgium

After struggling to send her daughter Lisette to an ordinary school, Christine Dufour founded the NGO "On souffle dans ton dos" to help children with disabilities to be included in mainstream school. Inclusion Europe met Christine Dufour who dares to believe that an inclusive society is more than a sweet dream.

Every adult should be allowed to vote without discrimination. People with disabilities can only use this right if voting procedures becomes accessible. And recent developments in different EU countries are encouraging: Progress is happening.
