Sometimes, companies hire very similar people and there is no diversity within the companies.

Diversity management is about very different people working together.

Diversity management tries to take advantage of that diversity to improve the workplace and the company.

 

In this handbook, we will talk about the diversity management with the focus on people with intellectual disability.
