Polish Member of the European Parliament Marek Plura has announced a film-screening event focusing on the social exclusion of people with disabilities throughout Europe.

At his event, there will be films about the social exclusion
of people with disabilities.
Social exclusion is when you do not feel involved in society.

Polish Member of the European Parliament Marek Plura has announced a film-screening event focusing on the social exclusion of people with disabilities throughout Europe.

The event, entitled ‘Integration You and Me,’ will feature the screening of three short films from directors based in the United Kingdom, Poland and Spain.

The three films – ‘Life Out There,’ ‘Return’ and ‘A Shadow of Blue’ – will highlight the reality for many people with disabilities across Europe and the hardships and social exclusion they face on a daily basis.

Prior to the screenings, the MEP will make a welcoming address to stakeholders from a wide array of organisations and European institutions.

The event will take place from 6pm to 8pm in the Altiero Spinelli Building of the European Parliament.
