We organized this event to talk about the legal instruments that can be used to encourage employment of people with intellectual disabilities.

On Tuesday 15 September, Inclusion Europe organised his second online event as part of the project “My Talents. For Diversity”. The aim of this online event was to talk about the existing legal and policy instruments that can be used to foster employment of people with intellectual disabilities.

As part of MTFD project, we organized this online event with KLAPjob, whose aim is to get more people with intellectual disabilities into the labor market.

My Talents. For Diversity. is a European project about the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the labour market and the benefits of diversity management.

Creating new employment possibilities, changing attitudes towards people with intellectual disabilities and giving them ownership over services that were created for them.
