Are you interested in improving the life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families? Do you want to know what the European Institutions do to help people with disabilities, and learn how to engage in policy debates? Do you want to meet committed self-advocates and family-members from all over Europe? Then apply to take part in our Leadership Seminar, which will take place in Brussels from 17-19 November.
The 3-day seminar will introduce participants to different EU policy areas that are relevant for persons with intellectual disabilities, and teach them about EU level advocacy work and the work of EU-level NGOs. Families and self-advocates will also learn about funding sources, and will meet decision-makers from European institutions.

Please note that places will be assigned on the first come, first served base. Inclusion Europe can pay costs for a limited number of self-advocates and/or their support persons. Some additional funding may be available for family members upon request.
