Inclusion Europe (IE) was among the 22 organisations selected by the European Commission (EC) to receive an action grant under the Fundamental Rights and Citizenship programme. IE’s project is titled Safe Surfing! Data protection for young people and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Inclusion Europe went to Barcelona for a meeting of our working group on Human Rights.
This happened in the office of our Spanish member Som Fundació.

Dignity must prevail, urged the United Nations Special Rapporteurs on the rights of persons with disabilities, Catalina Devandas-Aguilar, and on the right to health, Dainius Pûras, on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day held on October 10.
Inclusion Europe has submitted its position to contribute to the Draft General Comment on Article 19 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD) on the Right to live independently and be included in the community.
