EASPD and the Zero Project Call for Nominations on Early Childhood Intervention

The European Association of Service Providers for People with Disabilities (EASPD) and The Zero Project, an initiative run by the Essl Foundation, have open a call for nominations on Early Childhood Intervention.

for Persons with Disabilities (in short, EASPD)
is an association that represents those who offer
services for people with disabilities.The Zero Project is a project that wants to improve
inclusion of persons with disabilities.

The EASPD and the Zero Project would like to collect
good examples of support and teaching methods
for young children with disabilities.

If you know a good example of a support
or teaching method for young children with disabilities,
you can send it until 31 January 2016.

The European Association of Service Providers for People with Disabilities (EASPD)
 and The Zero Project, an initiative run by the Essl Foundation, have open a call for nominations on Early Childhood Intervention.

They are calling for nominations on innovative good practices assisting families in maximizing the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of their young children.

The innovative good practices can relate to various types of services such as assistive technology devices, audiology, speech language therapy or physical therapy for example. They have to be innovative, cost-efficient, and easily transferable. Their output and impact should be documented by data, facts and figures.

The selected practices will be presented as case studies in a report written by Zero project and EASPD. Also, they will be featured on both EASPD and Zero project websites and social media. They will be presented in several events such as the International EASPD Conference on Early Intervention: “Growing Together” which will take place in Chisinau, Moldova on 21-22 April 2016.
