The text was presented at a conference on inclusion this week.

of the paper:
- No EU money should go to institutions.
Let’s use the money to support the community instead.
- When moving people from institutions,
ask them about their opinion.
People must take part in decisions
about them.
- Don’t put people in special places.
Instead, the world must become accessible to everyone.
- EU money has been very important
to get people out of institutions
and into the community.
