Portuguese organisation CERCITOP has developed an integrated support system that makes traveling more accessible for people with disabilities and other limitations.
The service is designed to offer personalised help to persons with disabilities who go on a journey and want to access touristic places. CERCITOP’s efforts in the area are built on the belief that people with disabilities have the right to enjoy life and access resources just as everybody else.
Therefore, CERCITOP is asking other organisations working in the field, tour operators and travel agencies interested in getting involved in the project to get in contact, and help set up a network of support and information.
