Two Inclusion Europe members receive the Zero Project 2021 award – Easy to read

Inclusion Europe is happy to see that

The Zero Project 2021 awarded two of our members.

Zero Project is an initiative focused on

the rights of people with disabilities.

This year, Lev and Plena Inclusion, are awarded

for their efforts to improve the employment

of people with disabilities.

Lev’s project KLAPjob received an award

for creating jobs for people with intellectual disabilities.

KLAPjob is a partner with companies to promote

jobs for people with disabilities on the labour market.

People with intellectual disabilities are then helped

to apply for the most suitable job for them.

Between 2014-2019, KLAPjob has successfully

supported people into 3,684 jobs.

Plena Inclusion won the Zero Project award

for promoting accessible public employment

for people with disabilities.

Plena Inclusion developed a special call

for the Ministry of Public Functions.

A ministry is a high governmental organisation,

organised by a minister, that manages everything.

The special call makes it easier for

people with disabilities to apply for jobs.

From 2012 to 2020, 448 people were able to find a job.

Our work brings the voice of people with intellectual disabilities and their families where decisions about their future are made.

This has always been incredibly important. It is even more so with the Covid pandemic drastic impact on their rights and lives.

Being visible and vocal on issues directly affecting millions of people requires your support.

Become Inclusion Europe supporter and help us keep doing our work.
